Our Student Wellbeing Officers can provide support to students who require internal assistance with classroom and campus transitions. The team work collaboratively with students, families and school staff including the allied health team to develop transition plans and implement helpful programs and strategies that can aid students for a successful transition.
Our Student Wellbeing Officers can also provide support and service assistance to help students make informed decisions about their life, study and/or work options to ensure successful post school transitions and pathways. Our team work collaboratively with students, families and services to define and achieve career goals, make occupational and study decisions, plan career transitions and find career information.
